At Hot Pepper we strive to provide you with high levels of quality service and client care, that you expect from a larger chain of hair stylists, but with the informality and friendliness of a local salon.
We are experienced, highly trained hair stylists. We pride ourselves in putting the client at the forefront of everything we do. This philosophy has followed us to date and is used as part of our daily work ethic. Hot Pepper was established in 2007 for those of you looking for a more personal and genuine approach. Whether it’s a new look or quick refresh, pop in for a coffee and consultation – we would love to see you.

Meet the Team
CLAUDIA
I launched the salon in September 2007 and haven’t looked back. Not only to offer my hairdressing services but to deliver them in a warm, relaxed friendly atmosphere. A big thank you to all our clients that have supported us and a warm welcome to any new customers.
GINA
I trained in hairdressing at City College and became qualified in 2001. Having assisted Claudia and Becky in Hot Pepper for the last 8 years whilst concentrating on my own mobile business, I am pleased to be joining the team and having the opportunity to use my skills.
SAM
With over 10 years experience in the hairdressing industry, I am excited to start my new journey with the lovely team at Hot Pepper. I am very passionate about my work and thrive to deliver an exceptional service. I look forward to meeting all current and new clients.
RUTH
Natalie
I started my hairdressing journey at 13 as a Saturday girl and have worked as a qualified hairdresser in Hethersett for over 10 years.
I am looking forward to welcoming my clients into our friendly salon and meeting lots of new faces too.

We specialise in creative cutting techniques, tailored to suit each individual clients specifications. Always at the forefront of current trends. Consultations are always given prior to the service.
Creative Colour
From balayage to creative foiling techniques, root colour to full head colour, using permanent, demi, and elumen colour products. Goldwell colours ensures great conditioned hair with fantastic results.
Creative Styles
This service is available for your big day whether it be a wedding, ball or just a big night out. Consultation can be arranged prior to your appointment to ensure your hair suits your requirements.

CONSULTATION SERVICES
Prices on consultation.
TREATMENTS
New Clients
Require a consultation before booking a colour appointment. We ask for a 50% deposit on booking which is non refundable 7 days before the appointment.
Skin tests are required 48 hours prior to colour appointments.
COLOUR CORRECTION – CONSULTATION ONLY. ALL NEW CLIENTS REQUIRE A SKIN TEST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT.
I went to Hot Pepper for the first time today, in bad need of a trim having left it months since the last cut. Becky washed and cut my hair and I have to say, it is the best cut I've had in years. I pretty much bounced out of the salon afterwards!
